hey,thank you for your comment really sorry for such problem,please redownload the blend file now i fix it ,if it not work all you should do is just download the texture zip file and then go to the material of the building in the blender and it will add the color to all other building once you do what i send in the image
and choose this and select the color texture from the zip file that you extract
please get me back and tell me if the problem solved or not!

Just a heads up, the File.blend is searching for textures named: New Gen Of Coplatet(1)(4)(1)(1)(2)(1)(2).png which is not included in Texture.zip
